Extracting and filtering flammable substances is a
serious safety hazard. An explosion will occur if the concentration of
the flammable gas exceeds the lower explosive limit value (LEL) and if an
ignition source is present. Just switching the unit on / off could create a
spark and ignite the gases.
Our explosion safe units include explosion rated
motors and only aluminum materials for critical fan components. Additionally
the unit’s housing is free of any other electrical devices. The ON / OFF switch
is located remotely of the unit
